HummingbirdsOnly.com normally uses U.P.S. (in most cases) or FedEx Ground (in a few cases), depending on the product or item ordered. We reserve the right to use the shipper of our choice.

Shipping to the Continental United States is a cost of $8.99 for orders up to $24.00; $10.99 for orders  between $25.00 and $64.99, $13.99 for orders from $65.00 and greater.

If you want a package delivered to a PO Box or through the U.S. Postal Service, there is an additional $5.00 fee on top of our regular shipping fess. Packages delivered by the US Postal Service have no tracking information and BirdFeedersOnly.com can not assume liability for a package that does not get delivered.

There are many factors that result in whether a bird accepts a bird house or bird feeder. While we only sell bird houses and bird feeders that have proven successful, there may be individual circumstances that may cause a bird not to accept a bird house or bird feeder in your area.

Additionally, there are many bird feeders that are squirrel resistant and a few houses that are starling resistant or sparrow resistant. While the designs of these feeders and houses have proven effective, nothing is 100% effective. If the squirrel wants to get into your feeder, or a starling or sparrow wants to get into your bird house, they will.

Returning products. Upon receipt of one of our products, please ensure that the product you ordered has not been damaged in shipment, is not defective and in fact is the product that you ordered. If any of these situations have occurred, please contact us at 702-415-7340 or email chris@wildlifeonly.com so that we can provide you with product return instructions.

Returns for other reasons are on a case by case basis and may incur a 25% reasonable re-stock fee and shipping costs may not be refunded. Please contact us prior to returning a product.
